  • 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of yeast
  • ¼ Teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt with low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk or vegetable drink
  • 2 teaspoons of sweetener liquid
  • ¼ Teaspoon of vanilla extract

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Grease a mug with non-stick spray
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients
  3. In another bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients
  4. Mix the two together, pour in the mug and take to the microwave for about two minutes
  5. Allow to cool and remove

2. BANANA CAKE

The ideal cue for a meal pre-workout that will give you the energy needed to take it to the limit.
